VolumeRank is an account-free research and visualization utility. By using the site you acknowledge that all metrics are simulated for demonstration and that nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the disclaimers below.
By accessing or using VolumeRank (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VolumeRank.
Because the Service is account-free, you accept these Terms simply by browsing any page, pasting a license key, or otherwise interacting with the Service.
VolumeRank is a market intelligence and visualization utility that surfaces unusual volume, momentum, and institutional-style metrics across stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and forex.
The Service is intentionally account-free. There are no user registrations, profiles, watchlists, or per-user customizations. Every visitor sees the same uniform pages and data views. A single global mechanism — a Whop License Key — unlocks the premium "institutional intelligence layer" across the entire platform.
Premium features are gated by a license key issued through Whop. You may purchase a key from our Whop checkout and paste it into the persistent header input on the Service. When a valid key is recognized, the Service unblurs premium metrics for the browser in which the key was entered.
License keys are non-transferable. You may not share, resell, sub-license, publish, or otherwise distribute your key. VolumeRank reserves the right to revoke any key that is believed to be compromised, shared, or used in violation of these Terms.
Key verification currently runs client-side for demonstration purposes. When production verification is enabled, it will be handled via Whop's official API. Your key is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so that premium access persists across sessions on that device; it is not transmitted to or stored on any server controlled by VolumeRank unless you explicitly contact support.
All prices, volumes, metrics, charts, and analytics displayed on the Service are simulated and generated for demonstration and product preview purposes. They do not reflect real-time market data and should not be relied upon for accuracy.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any losses you may incur. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial research and evaluation. You may share links to public pages.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the property of VolumeRank and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ticker symbols, company names, and asset names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and informational purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the VolumeRank name, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLUMERANK AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Service integrates with Whop for license key issuance and checkout, and may link to or reference third-party data providers, exchanges, and other services. VolumeRank does not control and is not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VolumeRank operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
